The home boasts 3 large and very private outdoor living areas on each of its 3 levels. Casa Ola Perfecta has two complete stereo systems that provide music in all rooms on all levels of the home. A Belkin cable is available to connect your iPod to either of the two stereo systems so you can provide your own tunes if you desire.

The 1st living level has a large Cabana bedroom with a queen bed and a queen size futon, an extra large outdoor kitchen, full bath and an large infinity edge pool with over 600 square feet of sun deck, and a full compliment of patio furniture.
